The State Electricity Regulatory Commission of China promulgated a new document to adjust the electricity purchasing procedure. The reform approved by the State Council on August may influence energy industry fundamentally. The lasting impact may bolster the effort of central government to reduce emission and save energy.
The policy was coordinated by several departments, and aims at reducing the energy, pollution and the waste of resource. It requires that the wind electricity should be used at first. Then, the sequence is the electricity of water, biology and coal.
